Haddonfield Adrenaline Run 5k 2017 Wrap Up

Last weekend I ran in my third Haddonfield Adrenaline Run 5k hosted by the Running Co of South Jersey.  The weather did not look great but managed to hold up well for the race itself.  The course is fast and saw four competitors finish in 15 minutes or faster.  A great deal of local runners look forward to this race because it is the weekend before the Philly Love Run Half Marathon and a great kick off for spring running here in South Jersey.  Dr. Kemenosh has worked this event for 7 years now and ran it on and off several times.  This is my third year in a row running and working the race.  The best part about this year is that we teamed up the the Training Room Physical Therapy to provide a recovery room to our runners in the basement of the Haddonfield Running Co where everyone is invited back to advantage of special deals on running gear and our recovery room.  We had a great time working on runners, talking about running and much more!  Here are some photos from the finish line of the race as well as basement recovery room!

Remember the Adrenaline Run 5k 2018 is officially less than a year away now!  We look forward to seeing you next year!  Check out the pictures above, if you are an athlete struggling with injuries, feel free to give us a call, 856.228.3100 or email us on our contact us link below!

Don’t forget! We will be in the basement of the Haddonfield Running Co after the Adrenaline Run 5k this Saturday!

Just a quick reminder that Dr’s Andrew Gross, Tim Legath, and Craig Evans will be hanging out after the Adrenaline Run in the basement of the Haddonfield Running Co, this Saturday (03/18/2017) helping out runners, talking about conditions and doing our part to help the running community of South Jersey.  The Training Room of Haddonfield will also be sharing space with us as well and sending at least two DPT’s (Doctors of Physical Therapy) who will most likely be Kiersten Langel and Matt Hinsey!  Upstairs Dave Welsh and his team will be offering discounts to race participants and talking about all things running!  You have to remember that this marks the 20th anniversary of the store (1997 — 2017) so you can be sure it will be a great time to pick up some running shoes or gear.

We plan on being in the basement of the running store from 9:40 – 11:30 and may possibly stay until noon depending on how long everyone hangs around to chitchat.

In one other side note, be sure to be extra nice to the store owner Dave Welsh, he just turned 40 yesterday and we aren’t sure if it has truly set in just yet.
