Stress is a daily challenge in our busy world. But with stay-at-home orders and the uncertainty of the future in a global viral pandemic – most of us are under even more.
I came across this resource I thought I’d share – the chemistry of some foods can actually cause a physiological response that can lower your stress level.
Vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and even some types of ‘good’ fat can play a role.
That’s not to suggest you can eat your way out of this crisis. Stress management is more complicated than that. But after decades in the medical field I can say from experience that when you are dealing with a problem that seems outside of your control, every little bit helps.
