Dr. Trisha A. Sileo

Trisha A. Sileo, is a 2017 graduated of University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. She is originally from Long Island, NY where she attended Islip High School. Her studies then took her to Philadelphia University now named Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, where she earned B.S. in Biology and minor in Psychology in 2013.

Growing up, soccer was an essential part of her life. Being a four-year starter at Philadelphia University was where she learned the importance of getting ahead of injuries to minimize time off the field. Whether it was learning from the school doctor or athletic trainers about taking care of her body, she knew this was where her future would lay.

Incorporating sports medicine into chiropractic was pivotal for her development as a provider. Dr. Sileo is certified in full body Active Release Technique, which is the gold standard in the treatment of soft tissue pain and dysfunction. She is also certified in Functional and Kinetic treatment with Rehab and Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries.

While studying at UBCC, she was president of the Student American Chiropractic Association and a member of the sports council. Dr. Sileo used many techniques while working in the UBCC clinic including Diversified manipulation, Cox Flexion- distraction, multiple soft tissue techniques including instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, and functional nutrition.

While away from the office, Dr. Sileo loves to stay active. Whether it’s trying out a new Pilate’s studio or running half marathons she loves to mix it up. When she is not challenging her body, she loves to find the trendiest restaurants around Philadelphia to wind down.
